Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales? We're looking for a self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate client meetings and site visits.
Maintain lead records and prepare regular sales reports.
Work towards monthly sales targets with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (real estate experience is an added advantage).
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Ernakulam.
