Location: Sector 2, Near Sector 15 Metro Station, Noida
Job Summary
- Generation and development of qualified leads for the sales team by making Outbound Calls.
- Transferring the leads to sales team for conversion of it into business.
- Primarily handling outbound telemarketing, coordinating with email and mailing efforts.
- Fixing up appointments with corporates and SME's across pan India.
- Working with the prospect database to develop prospects into qualified leads, coordinating with sales activities.
- Make outbound call to prospective customer from the provided database.
- Generate leads or close Telesales as per the weekly/Monthly target.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issue professionally.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and conversion target..
