- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls for skincare products
- Explain product features, benefits, and ongoing offers
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve daily/weekly targets
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support
- Update customer details and call records in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order processing
- Follow up with pending leads and existing customers
- Maintain professional communication and represent the Nidhii Skincare brand
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
