- Create and manage all print and marketing design materials for the GGD Group, from concept development to final production.
- Support the Business Development and Sales teams by designing corporate presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Design creative materials for employees, Sales teams, management, and Directors as required.
- Develop engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and brand promotion activities.
- Create branding mock-ups, coordinate video shoots, and edit videos for marketing, promotional, and corporate communication purposes.
- Coordinate with content writers and external agencies to ensure timely development and delivery of approved content.
- Manage website design updates and coordinate with vendors for content and design changes after obtaining necessary approvals.
- Design social media posts, reels, job advertisements, event creatives, employee engagement creatives, and birthday announcements.
- Conduct research on design trends, customer preferences, market developments, competitor activities, and branding opportunities, and share recommendations with management.
- Assist in interior design and office branding projects based on management requirements.
- Design and maintain corporate stationery, including letterheads, visiting cards, brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
- Conduct periodic site visits to review project branding, marketing hoardings, sample flat aesthetics, and collect photographs or videos of project progress.
- Plan and coordinate office and site decorations for festivals, events, launches, and special occasions to enhance brand visibility and employee engagement.
- Coordinate video production activities and ensure high-quality editing and presentation of visual content.
- Liaise with vendors for website interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design improvements.
- Design, compile, and publish the monthly company newsletter, "Chronicle," on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the HR team to create onboarding creatives and employee engagement materials, while promoting company social media platforms.
- Maintain and regularly update the database of creative, printing, digital marketing, and media vendors.
- Coordinate the arrangement of presentation equipment and display materials required for meetings, events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication, marketing, and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
- Create modern and trending designs, videos, and creative content for GGD to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and digital presence.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
