Job Title: Hospital Academics Coordinator
Reporting To: Medical Superintendent
Role Purpose
Provide administrative and academic support to the Medical Superintendent by coordinating DNB programs, managing Resident Doctor records, and ensuring smooth academic and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, records, schedules, meetings, and confidential documents.
- Maintain Resident Doctor files, duty rosters, attendance, leave, and stipend records.
- Coordinate DNB admissions, academic activities, inductions, documentation, and accreditation support.
- Organize committee meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting records.
- Perform other duties assigned by hospital management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Science Graduate.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hospital administration or academic coordination.
- Experience with Resident Doctors, DNB programs, or medical education preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of DNB regulations, hospital administration, and HR processes.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and record management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and office administration.
