JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive with the support our HR operations and contribute to building an efficient, people-focused work culture. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage complete recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and follow up through the selection process.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
- Plan and execute smooth onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation, induction).
- Maintain employee joining and exit formalities. Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit reports.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and attendance systems.
- Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports as required.
- Coordinate monthly attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment tools, HRIS, and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,848.55 - ₹33,137.88 per month
