Job Title: Maruti Suzuki Driving School (MDS) Manager
Location: Indore
Job Purpose
To oversee the complete operations of the Maruti Suzuki Driving School, ensuring the highest standards of driver training as per MSIL (Maruti Suzuki India Limited) guidelines, achieving enrollment targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management
- MSIL Compliance: Ensure all MDS operations align with MSIL’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep and periodic maintenance of the driving school fleet (dual-control vehicles) and simulators.
- RTO Coordination: Manage the process for Learner’s and Permanent License assistance for students, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Enrollment Targets: Drive monthly student enrollment targets through various marketing activities (canopies, roadshows, digital leads).
- Cross-Selling: Coordinate with the New Car Sales team to convert car buyers into driving school students and vice versa (Driving School to New Car purchase).
- Corporate Tie-ups: Establish relationships with local colleges, corporate offices, and housing societies for group training sessions.
3. Team Leadership & Training
- Instructor Supervision: Monitor the performance of Driving Instructors, ensuring they follow the theory and practical curriculum strictly.
- Certification Tracking: Ensure all instructors complete and maintain their MSIL L1/L2 Certifications and attend refresher training.
- Roster Management: Manage instructor schedules to maximize vehicle utilization and student convenience.
4. Quality & Customer Experience
- Student Progress: Audit student files and progress reports to ensure the 21-day or 26-day modules are completed correctly.
- Grievance Redressal: Act as the primary point of contact for student complaints regarding training quality or scheduling.
- Safety Standards: Strictly enforce road safety protocols and "Caring, Reliable, New-Age" brand values.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
