Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our CT/PT transformer manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily production activities, ensuring product quality, maintaining production efficiency, and following safety and quality standards. Freshers with a strong technical foundation are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of Current Transformers (CT) and Potential Transformers (PT).
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Follow production plans and coordinate with the planning, quality, and stores departments.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Inspect products during various stages of manufacturing to maintain quality.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, process records, and documentation.
- Identify production issues and support troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Monitor material usage and help reduce production wastage.
- Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain housekeeping and comply with 5S and workplace safety practices.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine upkeep and preventive maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in transformer, electrical equipment, or manufacturing industries.
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of quality systems and production documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of CT/PT transformers and electrical testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate qualifications.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
