Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects
- Generate and manage leads through social media, Google campaigns, portals, and other digital platforms
- Monitor, track, and improve lead generation performance regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team and supervise lead handling, follow-ups, and conversions
- Prepare lead reports and performance updates for management
- Guide and support the creation of digital content, advertisements, creatives, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with designers/content creators for branding and campaign execution
- Handle day-to-day operational and administrative coordination related to marketing activities
- Ensure smooth communication between marketing and sales teams
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities to improve project visibility and enquiries
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Operations, preferably in real estate or builder groups
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and digital marketing tools
- Experience in supervising or coordinating sales team performance
- Good understanding of social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign management
- Ability to guide content creation and marketing communication
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting tools preferred
