As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to understand client needs.

2–5 years of experience in B2B business development in IT/software/digital services

Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills

Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to clients

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation platforms

Self-motivated, structured, and target-oriented

Experience with IT service sales or SaaS environments

Basic understanding of requirement gathering and solution selling

Experience with Upwork or global client platforms (added advantage)

Ability to manage long sales cycles and nurture relationships

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams

Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email/calls, references, Upwork, etc.)

Present our IT, design, and digital services confidently across various business domains

Create customized pitches, proposals, and quotations based on client requirements

Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, and product/service demos
-
Maintain and update the CRM system for accurate lead tracking and pipeline management
-
Collaborate closely with internal teams (tech, design, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.

Meet and exceed monthly outreach, lead generation, and sales targets

5 Days Working with a half-day on 1st Saturday of each month
