- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input data, update databases, and manage physical or digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare business reports, presentations, contracts, and company correspondence.
- Financial & Accounting Support: Process invoices, receipts, and purchase orders, while tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.
- Administrative Operations: Manage office calendars, schedule appointments, and order supplies.
