Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Tally Support Specialist to assist clients with Tally-related queries and technical support. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing guidance on Tally software usage, and ensuring smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Tally software-related issues
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, or remote support
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical and accounting-related issues
- Guide customers on software features and usage
- Coordinate with the technical team for advanced issues
- Maintain records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Ensure timely follow-up and callback support
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Freshers with knowledge of Tally can also apply
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of accounting concepts
- Experience in customer support or software support is an added advantage
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
