What You'll Do
- Host and manage weekend group trips from start to finish.
- Welcome participants and create a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
- Conduct fun icebreaker games and group activities.
- Coordinate check-ins, travel schedules, and trip logistics.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.
- Keep the group engaged throughout the journey.
- Capture photos and videos for social media.
- Handle participant queries and resolve issues calmly.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth experience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Passion for travelling and meeting new people.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage groups of 15–50 participants.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a crowd.
- Flexible to travel on weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in event hosting, travel, hospitality, customer service, or community management is a plus.
Bonus Skills
- Photography or videography.
- Social media content creation.
- First aid knowledge.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
