Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers using Oracle PLSQL.
- Ability to optimize database performance through effective indexing, query tuning, and resource management.
- Familiarity with database design principles and data modeling to support scalable application development.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting database-related issues to maintain application stability.
- Knowledge of integrating PLSQL with other application components and understanding of transaction management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
