Job Description
Innovise Consultants is looking for a motivated Accounts & Compliance Intern to join our growing team. This internship is designed for candidates who want to build practical experience in accounting, taxation, GST, statutory compliance, and financial operations.
You will work on live client projects under the guidance of experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to real business compliance and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting activities.
- Record accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Assist in GST Registration and GST Return filing.
- Support TDS calculations and return preparation.
- Assist in Income Tax compliance work.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
- Organize client records and compliance documents.
- Support ROC and MCA compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely compliance.
Eligibility
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Commerce.
- Basic understanding of Debit & Credit.
- Basic knowledge of GST and Taxation.
- Basic Financial knowledge.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.

- Assist in GST Registration and Amendments.
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Maintain GST records and documentation.
- Assist in TDS compliance.
- Support Income Tax filing and documentation.
- Assist in Business Registration and Startup Compliance.
- Support ROC and MCA compliance work.
- Prepare compliance reports and working papers.
- Maintain statutory records.
- Assist in client communication regarding compliance matters.
- Work with MS Excel and compliance software.
Eligibility
