Roles and Responsibilities :
- Follow Up, Attend Clients and bring deals to closure
- Achieve Monthly sales targets as set by the management
- Generate leads through referrals
- Service leads generated through digital, referral and relevant sources.
- Maintain daily reports of all calls done, site visits and follow up calls on
CRM. Ensure 100% Compliance.
Qualification - Graduates/ Post Graduates. Presentable with good communication and Sales Skills.

Role Objective
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Professional to join our growth-driven team at Qubic Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales funnel, and ensuring a seamless customer acquisition journey within the premium residential/commercial segment.
Core Roles & Responsibilities
· Sales Conversion: Proactively manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry and site inspections to final negotiation and deal closure.
· Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales KPIs and annual revenue benchmarks set by the management.
· Lead Management: Effectively nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) generated through digital campaigns, while actively mining referral networks for high-conversion opportunities.
· CRM Hygiene: Maintain 100% data integrity on the CRM platform. Document every touchpoint, including follow-up sequences, site visit feedback, and pipeline status updates.
· Market Intelligence: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and inventory in the Balewadi/Baner micro-market to provide expert consultation to clients.
· Relationship Management: Build long-term client rapport to ensure high satisfaction and facilitate post-sales referrals.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
· Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred).
· Experience: Proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Business Development, or High-Value Direct Sales.
· Skills: * Exceptional Negotiation and Closing skills.
o Strong interpersonal communication and professional presentation.
o Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
o Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
