We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join Creative Point. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling company-generated leads, communicating with potential clients, and converting them into long-term business opportunities for our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on quality leads provided by Creative Point
- Make daily outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-ups
- Explain digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Ads, etc.) clearly to clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication
- Convert leads into paying clients and long-term business relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Address customer queries and provide prompt solutions
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Qualification:
- Any degree / diploma
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
- Prior telecalling / sales experience is an added advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
