Position - Test & Development Engineer
Salary- 6 to 8 LPA
Location - Pune
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables –
➢ Experience in Product Testing domain
➢ Knowledge about machine aggregates and its functions
➢ Machine (or) components assembly-disassembly according to engineering specifications.
➢ Knowledge about DVP test and execution in accordance with internal and external standards.
➢ Hand on experience to undergo instrumentation, independent data acquisition against
design specification and verification.
➢ Product Benchmarking and overall performance evaluation.
➢ Able to work and manage outside / field testing as per the requirement.
➢ Capture PCM’s during testing, endurance, performance trials.
➢ Independently prepare test reports, visit reports and technical document for engineering sign-off.
➢ Knowledge of maintaining shop floor tools, testing equipment, etc.
➢ Safe work practices
➢ Willing to work in shift. (Day / Night)
Mandatory Requirements -
Industry : Construction Equipment Vehicle (CEV ) industry focus.
Key Skills : Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, structures, trouble shooting analysis, methodologies and billing
Experience –
5-10 years of total hands-on working experience in CEV industry would be highly preferred, else similar experience person from Tractor / Automobile.
Qualifications –
BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
