We are looking for a Customer Care Executive
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined TAT
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Document all customer interactions in CRM and update records promptly
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and follow up until closure
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
