Able to develop Stamping Project Plan wrt Master time line along with critical path generation
Process FMEA and Operational FMEA
Project Management of sheet metal Die Development
Simulations on Catia,Autoform,MPDS,3DCS and APQP
Investment and product cost optimization wrt Process, Yield and materials
3D process Planning/Die layout and 3d Die design
Planning of Press shop feed layout, Automation and production technology
Panel GD and T feasibility, End to end quality Plan including GNOVA B and C
Innovations and IMCR
Basic BIW product design, process and Assembly
Selection of Raw material and die's material
Sheet metal problem solving using 7 QC, G8d
Spring back and compensation strategy of HSS panels
Experience
5 to 10 Years
