Job Description: UI/UX Designer (Product Designer) Experience: 4–6+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office Location: Calicut Role Summary We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer (Product Designer) with a strong product design mindset to lead the end-to-end design of our mobile application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centric, scalable and visually engaging product experiences while working closely with Product Managers, Architects, Developers and QA teams. Key Responsibilities Understand business requirements, product goals and user needs. Design user journeys, user flows and information architecture. Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes. Design mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. Create and maintain a scalable design system and reusable components. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers and QA teams. Conduct design reviews and provide clear developer handovers. Ensure consistency, usability and accessibility across the product. Contribute to product thinking and identify opportunities for continuous UX improvements. Participate in Agile development processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Review implemented designs and ensure the final product matches the approved designs. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–6+ years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design. Strong expertise in Figma. Proven experience in mobile app UI/UX design for Android and iOS. Strong understanding of product design and user-centered design principles. Experience in user flows, wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity UI design. Experience in creating and maintaining design systems. Good understanding of usability and accessibility principles. Experience working with Agile teams. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Ability to work closely with developers and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a product-based company. Experience designing healthcare, fitness or wellness products. Experience with scalable mobile applications and complex product ecosystems. Strong understanding of product thinking and UX strategy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
