- Set up and operate VMC machines.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job cards.
- Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Measure finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications and tolerances.
- Make minor tool offsets and machine adjustments when required.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Record production data and maintain inspection reports.
- Follow workplace safety rules and use appropriate PPE.
- Coordinate with supervisors, programmers, and quality inspectors to resolve production issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
