Key Requirements:
- Handle inbound calls, emails or chats
- Resolve customer queries, complaints and issues efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers
- Follow up on pending queries or unresolved issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality service
Shift Details:
Rotational shifts between 6 AM – 2 AM
9-hour shift
6 days working with 1 rotational week off
