Job Purpose:
To supervise and manage civil engineering works related to construction, renovation, maintenance and ensuring quality, safety and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil constructions and maintenance activities in the bungalow.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
Coordinate with contractors, architects and vendors
Verify measurements, bills and work completion reports
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
Qualifications
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Relevant experience in construction, hospitality and residential projects.
Candidates from Malappuram and Perinthalmanna are highly Preferred.

Experience: 3- 6 Years of experience.
