To coordinate and supervise the day-to-day manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, installation preparation and testing activities of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chambers, ensuring production is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, SOPs, quality requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate day-to-day production activities for HBOT chambers.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality and service teams.
- Manufacturing Supervision
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, piping, fitting and other manufacturing activities.
- Ensure manufacturing is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and work instructions.
- Monitor workmanship and identify production deviations.
- HBOT Chamber Assembly
- Coordinate assembly of chamber components, doors, viewports, valves, piping, fittings and associated systems.
- Ensure proper installation of pneumatic, oxygen, air and control-system components.
- Verify component identification and traceability.
- In-Process Inspection
- Conduct/coordinate in-process checks during manufacturing.
- Verify dimensions, alignment, fittings, connections and assembly quality.
- Coordinate inspection and testing with the Quality Control department.
- Documentation & Records
- Maintain production records, job cards, inspection checklists and manufacturing logs.
- Ensure proper recording of material/component usage and batch/serial-number traceability.
- Maintain records of manufacturing activities as per the approved QMS.
- Material & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with stores/procurement for availability of approved raw materials and components.
- Ensure only approved and specified materials/components are used in production.
- Report shortages, damaged materials or non-conforming components.
- Testing & Commissioning Support
- Coordinate pressure, leakage, pneumatic and functional testing as applicable.
- Assist the Quality/Engineering team during final inspection and testing.
- Support installation and commissioning activities at customer sites when required.
- Non-Conformance & Corrective Action
- Identify manufacturing defects and deviations.
- Segregate/identify non-conforming components where required.
- Assist in implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure production activities are performed in accordance with applicable safety procedures.
- Ensure proper handling of pressure-related components, oxygen systems and associated equipment.
- Follow applicable company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
