Job Description:
- We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Printer Service Engineer to join our technical support team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting printers (inkjet, laser, dot matrix, etc.) across client locations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of printers and related peripherals.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues related to printers.
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients.
- Maintain service logs and update job status regularly.
- Coordinate with the support team and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Printer Technician or Service Engineer.
- Good understanding of printer types (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics or relevant field preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred for field support roles).
