Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across marketplaces and our website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving online sales, optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and improving overall marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Oversee product listings, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and marketplace trends.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support for seamless execution.
- Resolve marketplace issues and maintain account health.
- Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and recommend growth strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce/Marketplace Management.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and marketplace operations.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
