Job Title: Marketing Executive – Field Marketing & Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our educational programs through field marketing activities, generating quality leads, and building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and the public. The role involves conducting career guidance sessions, orientations, and course presentations to create awareness and increase student enrollments.
Freshers with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for marketing and sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing activities to promote the organization's educational programs.
- Visit schools, colleges, tuition centers, educational institutions, and public places to conduct promotional campaigns.
- Conduct orientation sessions, career guidance programs, seminars, and course introduction presentations for students and parents.
- Generate quality leads through field visits, events, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, teachers, educational partners, and local communities.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Maintain records of daily field activities, leads generated, and campaign outcomes.
- Meet assigned lead generation and admission targets while maintaining a professional brand image.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields will have an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, field sales, education marketing, or business development is preferred.
- Experience in conducting seminars, presentations, or awareness programs is an added advantage.
