Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing leads
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Requirements:
✔ Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
✔ Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, Internet, WhatsApp, Email)
✔ Telecalling / Customer Handling Experience Preferred
✔ Freshers with Good Communication Skills Can Also Apply
✔ Self-Motivated and Result-Oriented
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
