JOB PROFILE
FOCUS is expanding operations in TAMILNADU and other parts of India as well. For expansion, we require 15 International Business Managers (BDM). So we select our new joiners as Business Associate and develop them holistically in all functional areas of International Business Management Viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-8-12 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
Business Associate => HR Trainer => Team Leader => Assistant Manager => International Business Manager.
On the job training would be given at every level and promotions will be based entirely on individual performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in implementation of marketing strategies and techniques
- coaching and developing your team
- Acquire and forge relationship with customers
- Increasing customer acquisition and sales
- Good at client servicing
- Participate in marketing planning, performance targets
- Conducting team meetings and managing client campaigns
- Consistent in successfully driving sales and competent in sales solution
- Acting as a point of contact on behalf of the client for promotion & brand development.
