Hiring: Community Manager – Epic Maya (WFH)
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Manager to handle and engage our growing student community of 2000+ members for Epic Maya.
Role Overview
The Community Manager will be responsible for keeping the community active, engaged, and valuable for all members while ensuring a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with 800+ community members on a daily basis
- Maintain high community activity and interaction levels
- Respond to queries and facilitate discussions
- Collect and manage student testimonials from successful learners
- Plan and execute weekly challenges, contests, and engagement activities
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, student success, marketing)
- Identify inactive members and re-engage them
- Ensure a supportive and motivating environment within the community
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly passionate about community building and student engagement
- Ability to handle large groups (2000+ members) efficiently
- Proactive, energetic, and self-driven
- Prior experience in community handling is a plus
