Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers warmly as they enter and provide a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
- Answer questions regarding ingredients, flavors, and daily specials.
- Help customers choose products and suggest complementary items (upselling).
- Take, organize, and manage custom and large orders for cakes and pastries.
Store & Display Maintenance
- Arrange and display baked goods attractively to entice buyers.
- Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and rotate products to ensure freshness.
- Keep the display cases, counter area, and customer zones spotless and organized.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene guidelines are strictly followed
Cashier & Operations
- Operate the cash register, process cash, and handle digital/card payments accurately.
- Prepare the correct packaging, boxes, and bags for takeaway and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and baking team to confirm product availability.
- Balance the cash drawer and maintain daily sales records
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
