Job Responsibilities
Consult with clients over the phone regarding visa-related services and requirements.
Resolve client queries and concerns through phone calls and email communication.
Provide end-to-end assistance to clients throughout the visa application process.
Attend to all client calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with clients to ensure all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
Update clients on the status of their visa applications and provide necessary guidance.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
Strong customer service and client-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to manage emails, documentation, and appointments efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Prior experience in visa processing, customer support, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
