Eligibility
Graduate with 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience
Excellent English communication skills
Good communication & thought process
Strong customer-handling skills
Comfortable working from office

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Establish a positive rapport with customers over the phone
- Ensure customers receive a smooth and desirable experience
- Maintain excellent product/process knowledge
- Conduct quality checks/surveys and provide customer feedback
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently
Interview Process
HR Round – Virtual 12 pm
Operations Round – Virtual 5-8 pm
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
