Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Voice & Accent (VOA) Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving communication, pronunciation, fluency, and customer interaction skills for employees supporting US logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Voice & Accent training for new and existing employees.
- Conduct sessions on pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and spoken English.
- Evaluate trainees through voice assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training materials and monitor post-training performance.
- Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to address communication gaps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer.
- Experience in handling voice process training.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of American pronunciation, phonetics, and communication etiquette.
- Experience in the US Logistics, Transportation, or BPO industry is preferred.
