Social Media Content Creator (Graphics + Reels)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Content Creator who can design professional social media graphics, edit engaging Reels and Shorts, and manage our social media platforms.
Important: We will provide all content, captions, ideas, branding guidelines, and posting schedule. You do not need to research or write content. Your responsibility is to execute the content professionally and publish it on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Design professional social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Add subtitles, transitions, background music and basic motion graphics.
- Schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency in all creatives.
- Organize design files and maintain content folders.
- Deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Coordinate with the team for daily content execution.
Required Skills
- Canva (Expert)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- Strong typography, layout and alignment skills
- Experience creating high-quality Reels and short-form videos
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design and Social Media.
- Portfolio showcasing Graphics and Reel Editing is mandatory.
Preferred
- Experience working with Healthcare, Medical, Corporate or Service-based brands.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI will be an added advantage.
