<div><b>Job Summary</b></div><div>
We are seeking an experienced <b>Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Payroll Functional Consultant </b>with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll, Absence Management and Core HR. Candidates with Middle East payroll experience are preferred.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Lead requirement gathering workshops and functional discussions with business users.</li><li>
Configure and support Oracle EBS Payroll, Absence Management and Core HR modules.</li><li>
Perform payroll setup, payroll processing, validations and payroll support activities.</li><li>
Develop functional specifications and support testing cycles including SIT and UAT.</li><li>
Work with technical teams on reports, interfaces and integrations.</li><li>
Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll and absence requirements.</li></ul><div><b>
Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></div><ul><li>
7-10 years of Oracle EBS HRMS experience.</li><li>
Strong expertise in Oracle Payroll, Absence Management and Core HR.</li><li>
Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations involving Payroll and Absence Management.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with payroll setup, balances, costing and reporting.</li><li>
Experience in requirement analysis, solution design and production support.</li></ul><div><b>
Fast Formula Experience</b></div><ul><li>
Hands-on experience in Payroll, Accrual, Eligibility and Validation Fast Formulas.</li><li>
Ability to develop, modify and troubleshoot Fast Formulas and User Tables.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Skills</b></div><ul><li>
Middle East Payroll experience (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar).</li><li>
Knowledge of Gratuity, Leave Salary, End of Service Benefits (EOSB) and regional labor laws.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science</li><li>
Oracle HRMS certification is an added advantage.</li></ul><div><b>
Mandatory Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
7-10 years Oracle EBS HRMS experience</li><li>
Payroll, Absence Management &amp; Core HR expertise</li><li>
Minimum 2 Payroll/Absence implementations</li><li>
Hands-on Fast Formula development experience</li><li>
Middle East Payroll experience</li></ul></div>
