Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Industrial Door Automation segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, key account management, client relationship building, and achieving sales targets. The role requires extensive customer interaction, site visits, technical discussions, and coordination with internal teams to deliver customized industrial door automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Industrial Door Automation solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to understand customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, architects, warehouses, logistics companies, manufacturing plants, and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell industrial door automation products such as:
- High-Speed Doors
- Sectional Overhead Doors
- Rolling Shutters
- Dock Levelers
- Dock Shelters
- Hangar Doors
- Fire-Rated Doors
- Automatic Entrance Systems
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Installation, and Service teams for successful project execution.
- Track project progress from inquiry to installation and commissioning.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, and business development plans.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to expand the customer base.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in ERP/CRM software.
Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
Experience
- 5–17 years of experience in Industrial Sales or Project Sales.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Door Automation, Loading Bay Equipment, Entrance Automation, Building Automation, Material Handling, or Industrial Equipment.
- Experience in handling OEMs, EPC projects, consultants, and industrial clients.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of Industrial Door Automation products.
- Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in customer meetings, site surveys, and technical presentations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and project meetings.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
