About the Role
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-orientated fashion designer to join our design and production team. In this role, you will brainstorm creative trends, design stunning children’s wear and frocks, select appropriate fabrics, and work closely with our production unit to bring designs to life.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Designing & Sketching: Create fresh, trendy, and beautiful designs for children's wear, party frocks, and custom clothing lines.
- Fabric & Material Selection: Choose matching fabrics, colours, laces, and accessories that fit the brand's luxury and quality standards.
- Pattern & Production Coordination: Prepare clear design specifications or patterns and coordinate smoothly with our production unit to ensure garments are stitched accurately.
- Customisation: Handle custom design requests as per customer or client specifications.
- Quality Check: Inspect finished garments to ensure the stitching, fitting, and overall finishing match the required quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing (or relevant textile/design qualification).
- Experience: Freshers with strong portfolio/internship experience or 0 to 1 year of experience in a boutique or apparel brand are welcome to apply.
- Skills & Traits:
- Strong creative vision with an eye for kids' fashion trends, colours, and fabrics.
- Basic sketching skills and ability to translate ideas into actual garments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Location: Candidates from and nearby places within a 5–10 kilometre radius are preferred.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
