Job Description – HR Executive
Summary
We are looking for a motivated HR executive to support HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee management activities. The candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source and screen candidates through job portals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Assist in HR operations and payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related activities
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports
- Manage employee exit formalities
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in payroll coordination and HR operations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Skills Required
- Advanced MS Excel
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- Knowledge of Keka HRMS
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
