House of Lavender Photography is a premium photography studio based in Hyderabad specializing in wedding photography, maternity shoots, portraits, pre-wedding shoots, and lifestyle photography. We are looking for energetic and confident Telemarketing & Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about sales, communication, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, explain photography packages, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Handle inbound inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website leads
- Explain photography services and packages clearly
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into bookings
- Maintain professional and polite communication with clients
Sales
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography packages
- Maintain lead data in Google Sheets or CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams after booking confirmation
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Confident and professional phone communication
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Emails)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (Any Stream)
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
