Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert inbound leads into site visits and bookings
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
- Follow up regularly with prospects to close sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customer objections and close deals
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Two-wheeler with valid license is preferred
