Call Center Executive

Experience

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Explain company services and generate leads.
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and service delivery.
Preferred Skills

✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
✅ Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language Preference
Candidates proficient in multiple languages will be given preference.

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
