Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management & Communication
- Ensure consistent brand language, visual identity, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Translate Company’s brand vision and values into clear, compelling communication.
- Maintain and refine brand guidelines to ensure consistency in catalogs, presentations, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
- Strengthen brand recall and premium positioning through cohesive storytelling and messaging.
2. Product & Collection Marketing
- Develop collection narratives, product stories, taglines, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Write product descriptions, usage narratives, and product positioning content for catalogs and digital platforms.
- Support new product launches with structured communication kits including product notes, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Align product communication with hospitality industry needs and buyer expectations.
3. Sales Enablement (Critical Responsibility)
- Create sales decks, product presentations, and one-pager materials for the sales team.
- Adapt pitch presentations for hotels, restaurants, consultants, and hospitality buyers.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, and proposals to support the sales process.
- Help the sales team communicate product value and brand positioning beyond price.
4. Digital & Content Marketing
- Plan and manage content strategy for Instagram and LinkedIn, focusing on quality storytelling and brand value.
- Coordinate photoshoots, creative development, and content creation.
- Manage collaboration with designers, freelancers, and creative vendors.
- Monitor and optimize digital performance through analytics, engagement tracking, and campaign insights.
- Oversee digital initiatives including website content, SEO, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
5. Lead Generation & Campaign Marketing
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Design and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
6. Exhibitions & Events Marketing
- Prepare exhibition pitch material, storytelling frameworks, and marketing communication.
- Coordinate pre-event promotions and post-event follow-ups.
- Ensure stall design, messaging, and presentation align with brand identity and sales objectives.
- Support the sales team during exhibitions with structured communication and product positioning.
7. Marketing Operations, Team & Vendor Coordination
- Work with internal teams, designers, freelancers, and marketing partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with creative vendors, agencies, and service providers.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects with quality control and brand consistency.
8. Budgeting, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Assist in preparing and managing the marketing budget.
- Track campaign performance through analytics dashboards and MIS reporting.
- Monitor key metrics such as lead generation, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing activities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
