The Knowledge Factory Internship Program by Coastal Seven is a structured, merit-driven initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry requirements.

This internship serves as a gateway to paid capstone projects and full-time opportunities within Coastal Seven and its partner ecosystem.
Stage 1: Learning Internship (Unpaid | Onsite)
Duration: Starts from 15th May 2026
During this phase, interns will:
- Undergo structured onboarding and orientation
- Gain exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Learn and work on:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Generative AI
- Agentic AI
- Machine Learning
- Emerging technologies
- Work on guided assignments, task sheets, and internal projects
- Participate in hackathons, evaluations, and mentor-led sessions
Technical Focus & Preferred Skills
We are looking for candidates with strong interest in software development and AI-driven technologies:
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Back-End Development using Python
- Exposure to Full-Stack Development using Python (end-to-end workflows)
- Familiarity with frameworks such as:
- Django
- Flask
- FastAPI
- Understanding of:
- REST APIs
- Server-side logic
- Database integration
- Ability to:
- Think logically and solve problems
- Debug code and understand application flow
- Strong willingness to learn through hands-on development and mentorship
Stage 2: Capstone Projects – Paid Internship
Duration: 4 - 6 months
Stipend: ₹7,000 onwards
Increment: Performance-based (after 3 months)
Location: Guntur / Mangalagiri (as applicable)
Selected interns will:
- Work on live client or internal projects
- Receive structured mentorship
- Be evaluated through performance reviews and dashboards
Stage 3: Full-Time Opportunity
After successful completion:
- Conversion to full-time roles for high performers
- Opportunity for client project deployment
- Long-term career growth within the oastal Seven ecosystem
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute assigned technical tasks with ownership and discipline
- Actively participate in learning sessions, reviews, and evaluations
- Collaborate with teams on projects and development workflows
- Maintain documentation, reports, and progress tracking
- Adhere to timelines, quality standards, and company policies
