We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business growth, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Analyze business processes, lending operations, and financial workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
* Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
* Work closely with stakeholders including Credit, Operations, Risk, Sales, Collections, and Technology teams.
* Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance analysis.
* Monitor portfolio performance, customer trends, and operational KPIs.
* Support implementation of digital lending platforms, LOS/LMS systems, and automation initiatives.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis for financial products and services.
* Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system enhancement projects.
* Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal policies.
* Create SOPs, BRDs, process flows, and business documentation.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
* MBA / PGDM preferred.
* 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in NBFC, Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services.
* Strong understanding of lending products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Vehicle Loans, etc.
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and MIS reporting.
* Knowledge of LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System) is preferred.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

* Understanding of RBI compliance and credit/risk processes.
