Job Summary
Sunrise Computers is hiring an experienced System Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in assembling custom PCs, diagnosing hardware issues, installing operating systems, and ensuring systems are fully tested before delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble high-end gaming PCs, workstations, and enterprise servers.
- Install and configure AIO and custom liquid cooling solutions.
- Build and configure rack and tower servers.
- Install Windows, drivers, firmware, and essential software.
- Configure BIOS/UEFI settings and perform firmware updates.
- Test, benchmark, and stress-test systems before delivery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Upgrade and replace components including CPUs, GPUs, RAM, NVMe SSDs, HDDs, motherboards, power supplies, and cooling systems.
- Perform quality checks and ensure systems meet performance standards.
- Maintain excellent cable management and workspace organization.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PC assembly and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, gaming PCs, workstations, and server components.
- Experience installing AIO/custom liquid coolers.
- Familiarity with enterprise hardware from brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, Supermicro, etc.
- Good understanding of Windows installation, drivers, BIOS configuration, and system optimization.
- Basic networking knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and passionate about building high-performance systems.
