Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual LCV sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers, fleet operators, and business accounts.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Promote finance, insurance, and vehicle exchange programs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a sales pipeline.
Team Support & Coordination
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Support and guide sales executives in daily activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with service, finance, and logistics departments.
Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Identify opportunities for increasing market share.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
