Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and business growth for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have experience in cold calling, client relationship management, and prospecting. Experience interacting with US-based clients will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods.
- Identify and qualify potential customers for SaaS solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate product benefits.
- Maintain and update lead and sales activity records in CRM tools.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, SaaSSales, BPO, or KPO environments
- Hands-on experience in cold calling, customer outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and B2B sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred
- Ability to handle customer queries, identify business opportunities, and maintain positive client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or handling US-based clients
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similartools
- Exposure to healthcare, technology, or SaaS industries
- Certification or training in Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer RelationshipManagement, or Business Development is preferred
