- Conduct client home visits for clinical assessment and care planning
- Perform and supervise clinical procedures including IV injections, IV cannulation, ECG, wound dressing, catheter care, and medication administration
- Oversee quality of nursing care delivered at patient homes
- Manage, supervise, and support field nurses across assigned locations
- Plan nurse duty rosters, shifts, and replacements as per case requirements
- Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified nursing staff for homecare services
- Provide clinical guidance, training, and performance feedback to nurses
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards
- Coordinate with doctors, operations team, and patient families
- Monitor documentation, nursing notes, and compliance records
- Handle clinical escalations, patient complaints, and emergency situations
- Maintain nursing MIS, staffing reports, and quality audits
